Who we are

SubDoc Tracker is an early-stage product concept run by Ploutarchos (Akis) Michaelides, an individual based in Nicosia, Cyprus. He is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: info@ploutarchosm.com.

What we collect

When you submit the early-access form: your name, work email, company, role, your answers to the questions about how your team handles documents, and any comments you add. We also record which link brought you to the page (for example a reference code in an email we sent you), the date and time of submission, and the region version of the page you saw.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. If you reject them, no analytics cookies are set.

Please do not send certificates, identity documents or other sensitive files through this website.

Why we use it

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or accepting analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to any marketing list beyond updates about SubDoc Tracker.

Who processes it

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses or recognised data-transfer frameworks.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how it is used, withdraw your consent, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email info@ploutarchosm.com and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Cyprus, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy); or the authority in your own country.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies unless you accept analytics. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. You can change it any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page.
